1. Information Handled During Generation
When you utilize the ClaimShield dispute engines, you voluntarily provide factual data necessary to compose a formal notice (e.g., claimant name, property address, invoice numbers, dollar balances, and counterparty details).
This information is processed dynamically within active RAM execution to format your letterhead and citations. It is not saved to persistent customer databases, nor is it cataloged for marketing profiles.
2. Medical Information & Health Billing Data
ClaimShield is not a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as we do not provide medical care or bill health plans directly. However, we honor the highest security standards: medical line items or CPT codes entered into the Medical Bill Dispute engine are treated with zero retention and are permanently deleted after document export.
3. Payment & Financial Data
All financial transactions are processed securely through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors (e.g., Stripe). ClaimShield never stores, views, or has access to your full credit card number or bank account credentials.
4. Zero Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal information, disputes, or counterparty names to data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties under any circumstances.
